With all the ups and down of 2017 I lost a lot of condition but I’m working to avoid as much as possible muscle waste before the real prep will start.
The good thing is that I feel good and that the majority of my issues at my back are almost totally gone.
The bad thing is that, even if I maintained the condition, in one year injured I dropped almost 20 pounds and I have to gain them back asap
No pain no gain!
